Order processing
Orders for in-stock items are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Orders containing back-ordered items ship by the estimated date shown on the product page. Orders ship complete — if your order includes a back-ordered item, the full order ships together on that date.
Personalized items are engraved to order. Please allow an additional 7 business days for processing.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Standard shipping times by destination are shown in the table below. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays.
